Lois Gallant is an artist based in Glace Bay on Cape Breton Island, where she lives with her husband, Wayne. Her felting work is inspired by the Island’s rich, rural beauty and nature. Her pieces are vibrant and reflective of Island’s charm. She incorporates roving wool and found treasures such as beach glass and driftwood into her creations. Her deep love and appreciation for the iconic Island serve as her greatest inspiration.
