These mushrooms are nestled in a stunning array of the greens of nature. Juana seems to have captured every possible tone, making the white of the mushroom pop vividly.
Juana has been painting for 50 years. She's lived in Cape Breton most of her life, taking workshops from such illustrious artists as William Rogers, Chris Gorey, Iris Currie and Vernon Amos.
Juana ran a Bed and Breakfast for 25 years and in her retirement, she has returned to her love of painting the inspiring scenes, especially the dramatic waves, of Cape Breton Island
